A feature of our process is a defined vendor communication process that our people and our clients adhere to during the process. The vendor communication process documents all communications with vendors during the whole evaluation and selection process and substantiates the openness and even handed approach that is adopted with all vendors to ensure a fair and equitable process and a value for money outcome.
Whilst developing the tender documentation we aim to establish the Evaluation and Selection Methodology in order to ensure that the whole process is consistent and that the tender documentation will enable the Agency to make an objective decision. The preparation of an Expression of Interest or Request for Tender Document incorporates NSW Government Guidelines where appropriate. It is particularly important to prescribe the format of each vendor response in order to more easily reflect the agreed evaluation criteria, thus facilitating the comparison between vendor responses.
