Can suppliers work on a response as a team?
Large Questionnaires will often be answered by a team, some of whose members will be in different locations or timezones.
For such situations SupplierSelect provides workflow functionality. This allows responsibility for questions or sections to be allocated to individuals for answering. When the questions are answered and saved, a different person can be assigned to review and approve the answers.
In this way, a questionnaire is seen as a task list, susceptible to standard team-task management tactics.
To enable team working for a response, check the box for "Enable Workflow" under "Advanced Options".
