Vendor Bid Feedback
Once analysis is complete and the best vendor has been identified, SupplierSelect provides the facility to record the results of the evaluation.
For each vendor, the following information can be recorded:
- Award Status - Won or Lost
- Vendor Feedback - notes to be sent to the vendor with feedback about their RFP response. These notes are recorded in SupplierSelect for future reference
- Internal notes - notes for evaluation team members relating to the vendors response
