SupplierSelect provides integrated scoring charts for vendor comparison.
The charts are derived from the aggregate results of allocating weighting to questions and sections, and scoring vendor's responses. They help the evaluator to answer the following questions:
Which vendor came out on top overall? How did vendors score on specific sections or questions? How do the vendors compare for different user's scores? What is the effect of switching to a different Weighting Set on the vendor ranking? r
In a big RFP or vendor evaluation project there can be many hundreds or thousands of questions. Each question will have a different weighting (contribution to the total score). Some questions will produce similar scores for all vendors, others will produce very varied scores.
In this situation it can be very difficult to identify the key differentiating criteria - i.e. those questions with a high weighting and a wide range of vendor scores. SupplierSelect addresses this problem by providing analysis that plots question weight against the standard deviation of scores for each question. Clicking on a data point drills down to that question for a fine grained comparison of vendor responses.
