Pricing Plans

SupplierSelect is available as a Pay-per-use or Monthly subscription service. Both options feature unrestricted functionality and unlimited users.

A "Custom Portal" is an optional extra for organisations wishing to present their Tenders and RFx projects to suppliers in a custom branded procurement portal.

Pay For Use

The Pay per Use option charges a fee for each supplier evaluation project (eg. Tender, RFx) published to external organisations. This fee varies according to the number of answers received through the system.

Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription is a fee per organisation:

• Unlimited number supplier evaluation projects per month
• Unlimited users
• Unlimited number of supplier responses and answers per month

Custom Portal

This option is for organisations that want their own customised supplierselect portal, integrated with their own web site, and displaying their own branding.

The custom portal is available for both Pay-per-use and Monthly subscription customers.

• Your own branded version of SupplierSelect displaying your logos, colour schemes, and styles
• Your own unique sub domain web site address (eg http://yournname.supplierselect.com)
